This Privacy Policy explains how Integral LLC (“Integral,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit gointegral.co (the “Site”) or contact us through it.
We keep this simple because our data practices are simple: we collect the information you choose to send us when you request a conversation, and we use it to respond to you. We do not sell your personal information.
01Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our booking or contact form, we collect the details you enter, which may include:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address and phone number
- Your company name and website
- Your company's approximate revenue range
- How you heard about us
- Any other information you include when you email or message us
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you view. This is used for security, diagnostics, and to keep the Site running.
Preferences stored on your device. We store your light/dark theme preference locally in your browser (via localStorage). This stays on your device and is not transmitted to us. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We use the information we collect to:

In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (such as name, email, and phone number) and commercial/professional information (such as company name, website, and revenue range) that you provide through our forms. 08EEA & UK privacy rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on the following legal bases: your consent, our legitimate interests in responding to and managing inquiries, and compliance with legal obligations.
