When you submit a booking or contact request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submitting a request does not create a client relationship, and it does not obligate us to provide any services. Any engagement between you and Integral will be governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to enter into a contract for services.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control or operate. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or other advice. You should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integral LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Integral LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Integral regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely.
